Alternative solutions

being a mom is a full time job but no one feels what you go through all day - you’re not even allowed to get sick, because of course.. you’re supermom - but when accidents happen and mom's tasks are delegated, everyone seems to realize how difficult of a job that is... last november, this supermom had a treadmill accident and ended up with a few fractures in both shoulders - the real pain was actually due to a bad treatment as the doctors discovered a fractures after it had healed, while the inflammation was being treated by pain-killers.

during the summer, i went through some serious physiotherapy in lebanon, working 4 to 5 hours every other day - when we came back to kuwait, i was really worried as this whole drama started with bad treatment here, but i finally found the perfect place at international clinic where i could continue my treatment and be able to fully use my arms and shoulders again, whilst getting rid of the pain for good.

though the “ic” facility is a very tired and some machines are not even available, the care and exercises are great - maebelle, my therapist is simply awesome and my russian doctor is amazing, i would strongly recommend them for that matter.

people are opening up to physiotherapy sessions as they are a real help to the muscles, nerves and work as amazing pain reliefs - i took pain killers for months but they didn’t help, whereas physiotherapy has done wonders for me.

if you have muscle problems or vein inflammation, do not hesitate to try physiotherapy, it really works - make sure you consult a doctor first.

Yes still suffering from pain and motion :) Not being well treated added many complications to the ones I already had from the accident, like frozen shoulders, so now I'm working on that.. but Supermom is always here no matter what :)

There is treatment for frozen shoulder. My mum is a physiotherapist and she says you need to see a manual therapist who has specialized skills to move the shoulder. Let me know if you need help J.
