In my mind when you talk about sorcery, I conjures up images of witches and goblins to me, but I suspect from this pattern of crimes in Kuwait that the word socery is being misused in some cases. Does a Kuwaiti women loose less face if she is lured over the internet by a man who claims that he is going to solve her problems with her ex by saying he is a sorcerer? Are the Kuwaiti kids that are running around looped in the backyard under the influence of some black magic (that also was printed in the paper)? Really? I'm not buying all this black magic in Kuwait. I have travelled to Morroco where I can tell you that there are people who say they are socerers with real powers, but in these crime incidents in Kuwait, I think that they are using the word socerer loosely and it is just an excuse for perverts to gain power over their victims or for someone to not look so foolish in front of the family.
