Purposeful vandalism

360 is the most beautiful mall in kuwait and i always say that the mall looks more like a 5 star hotel - my question is why do people willfully damage other people's properties and in this case what did they gain from damaging the washroom signs? that's certainly not funny, will you do that to your own property?

      I call them Empty People ! they have nothing to get their mind busy with ! that's why they do such things

      you see these people everywhere, it's your neighbor who keys your car because it is nice and shiny
      it is the kids who scratch the lifts because they have bad parents
      etc etc etc
